The Highland Gathering is an outdoor event held at Broadmoor Lake in the heart of Sherwood Park ensuring easy access for all. The event consists of piping and drumming competitions, massed band performances, highland dance competitions, and Scottish heavy games. Kyle will be there too, offering vouchers for free face painting.

There are lots of children’s activities, food trucks, a beer garden, community market, and a "Ceilidh" as well as Sunday entertainment provided by local music groups and dance studios. Sheep and Duck herding demos take place on Sunday and the Highland Cows will be on site.

Kids 12 and under are free!
